complimentary drinks strong shower convenient bag storage
The room included complimentary water, juice, and soft drinks in the mini bar. The shower had strong pressure and hot water. The hotel allowed me to leave my bags after checkout , which WAS very convenient.
The hotel room was booked as a King room, but the actual room resembled a less expensive Queen room.

fresh breakfast bus access
The breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and delicious. the hotel is next to liverpool street station. Many buses are also accessible.
The cold shower tap was not fitted flush with the tiles. It protruded from the wall.

vegan options breakfast buffet early check-in poor soundproofing echoing noise natural light
The breakfast buffet included many vegan options such as croissants. The food tasted good. Staff members offered prosecco upon my arrival. I appreciated the early check-in too.
My room felt dark, it lacked natural light. The soundproofing in my room was poor. I heard echoing noises coming from the silo space outside the room.

Excellent Amenities and Friendly Service
unexpected equipment happy hour nice upgrade
I really appreciate the gym. It had unexpected equipment, including two spinning bikes and various treadmills. I also liked the bars and restaurants. The happy hour with free wine from 6-7 pm was a treat. It is better than Kimpton's earlier time slot. Sam at the front desk was so helpful. He went beyond what was expected. Carlos, the Duty Manager, also approved a really nice upgrade. I am grateful.
The lack of a bidet in the bathroom disappointed me since the hotel caters to international clients. It would have improved the experience. I expect this amenity in a hotel of this level.

The hotel offers a good breakfast with many options! though I did expect fried eggs and tomatoes to be on the servery, gluten-free cereal was available, though bread required a request.

The location is quite convenient near many attractions. The Elizabeth line is very accessible and offers excellent transportation links. There are many shops and restaurants close by. It makes exploring easy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a cute vibe. Emily at the front desk offered excellent customer service. She showed dedication to guest satisfaction. I will remember her personal touch.

superb hotel near liverpool station
superb location excellent water excellent service
the hotel has a superb location close to many attractions and transport links. the rooms are clean i liked the excellent water pressure in the showers. emily at the front desk gave excellent customer service making my stay special.
i found the room i stayed in to be quite noisy during the night. the noise sounded like heavy machinery turning on and off intermittently. it woke me up and was honestly quite frightening.
